Thank you for reporting this issue. Unfortunately we cannot say for certain what is causing this behavior as this seems very specific for your setup and your settings.
However, it's safe to say that this error has no negative impact on your SEO whatsoever.
If you wish to determine what the cause is, we advise you to check for a plugin or theme conflict. The fastest way to rule out conflicts is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Sixteen. If this resolves the issue, you have a conflict and should activate one plugin at a time until you locate the conflict. Finally, after all plugins are active, switch to your theme. This will narrow down the conflict to a specific plugin or a theme conflict.
As this issue has no effect on your SEO and we unfortunately cannot pinpoint the origin of the bug, we will close this issue. Currently we're focusing on issues that affect many users. We've concluded that this issue is not experienced by many users and has no SEO impact, therefore we are not able to fix this short-term. However, if more users are affected by this bug, we'll of course revisit this issue.
