Google+ Itemprop Meta Description Not HTML Escaped #1253

In Wordpress SEO plugin, the output of the Google+ meta description field is not escaping double-quotes and other HTML entities, so it breaks Validation and in some cases whole websites. See this page's source as en example:

I'm using WP 3.9.1 and WordPress SEO plugin version 1.5.3.3.
