Have a block for the breadcrumbs #14204

At the moment we have a shortcode for implementing the breadcrumbs in the post content. This is nice, however it would be nicer to have a Gutenberg block for it.

Having this makes it easier to:

See how the breadcrumbs look
Altering the seperators
Editing all other things we now show in the customizer

I also have a feeling that WordPress will adapt blocks as widgets and that makes it easier for users to implement the breadcrumbs.

We already have a "Yoast Breadcrumbs" block now. Closing this FR. FYI: If you want to change the separator, please find the setting under Yoast SEO → Settings → Advanced → Breadcrumbs.
