Create initial implementation of the Social Meta data preview #14321

Use the @yoast/social-metadata-preview package from the monorepo. No need to connect it to a store, you can just use static data.

Create a feature branch feature/social-metadata-preview-reactification.

Create new react collapsibles (use the same id's as the current collapsibles) (Facebook Reactified, Twitter Reactified)
