Apply shortcodes in SEO tags, Open Graph and Schema data #18037

Hello,

I have a small free plugin called Do Shortcodes for Yoast SEO that applies the shortcodes in SEO tags and Open Graph data using your product's corresponding hooks. However it does not work with Schema and the reason is that I couldn't find a way to implement it by now although I have a request from people asking me to do it and have read the Schema API.

Is there a way that you may easily implement the do_shortcodes function/hook in Yoast SEO so all the shortcodes can be rendered natively (or probably activate it in the settings manually)? It will be the easiest thing for you to modify your code, piece of cake. It will be great if you make it available for the free product (and I will no longer offer my free plugin).

The feature to use shortcodes in the SEO fields, Open Graph and Schema gives a great benefit for dynamic data generation in them. For example: when the price changes if there is a shortcode it can generate the new price; when the year changes it can be changed automatically with a shortcode in the title, description, etc.

PS: All in One SEO already implemented this feature in their new version so I removed my other plugin doing the same for their product.
