Notification showing incorrectly on the Admin bar when Divi theme is active

Please give us a description of what happened

When the Divi theme is active, the notification shows when checking the Permalink or Themes pages. However, when we click on the notification, the Yoast dashboard does not show any notification.

To Reproduce

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Install and Activate Divi and Yoast SEO plugin.
2. Navigate to the Yoast SEO > General page to confirm that none of the notifications are showing
3. Then navigate to the Themes page, and within the admin bar, you can see notifications showing as 1.
4. When clicking on the Notifications, the General page loads without any notifications
5. The notification shows incorrectly on the following pages:

• Settings > Permalinks
• Divi > Theme builder
• Divi > Role editor
• Divi > library

Expected results

1. Notification should not be shown on the admin bar for the above-mentioned pages if there are no notifications to be shown within our General page.

Actual results

1. Notification is showing as 1, and when clicking on it, none of the notifications is on the General page.
