Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin and creating the issue. In a previous issue opened here, the issue occured due to manual site migrations or direct DB manipulations on the Yoast SEO indexable. So can you please try to reset the indexable using the Yoast Test Helper plugin and try to run the SEO Data Optimization process again to check whether the error appears again or not?
