Update Flesch reading ease link and open in new tab #2881

The Flesch reading ease link should now go to (it already redirects to this):

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flesch%E2%80%93Kincaid_readability_tests

Also: the link opens in the same tab, so people could lose the work they've just done if they didn't save in the mean time.

And it should be translatable (since this is a translatable url).
