502 Bad Gateway conflict with the woocommerce plugin "WooCommerce Points and Rewards" #5452

Since a few weeks, i have many probIems with 502 bad gateway when navigating in my shop I tested every plugins and found a conflict with the yoast seo plugin and "WooCommerce Points and Rewards"

How can we reproduce this behavior?

the goal is adding a product in the basket, apply a coupon with your points rewards, remove the product from your basket and add a product in the basket.

1/ connect to my test site: https://tdt34wpserveur-dev-terredesthes.pf1.wpserveur.net/mon-compte/

2/ buy a product: https://tdt34wpserveur-dev-terredesthes.pf1.wpserveur.net/boutique/yunnan-vert/

3/ go to my basket https://tdt34wpserveur-dev-terredesthes.pf1.wpserveur.net/panier/

4/ after the 4th line, click to "APPLY DISCOUNT"

5/ when a window ask "how many points would you like to apply", type 100

6/still in the page basket, remove your product from the basket (red cross at left of the product)

7/ go back in a product page like this one: https://tdt34wpserveur-dev-terredesthes.pf1.wpserveur.net/boutique/aiguilles-vertes-nepal/

8/ normally, you will have a 502 bad gateway page

9/ no error when SEO wordpress plugin is desactivated

This seems like something is possibly causing web server to crash.

Is it possible to look up a more specific error / reason in server logs?

Hello, my webhosting support says that there is no server logs for this dev site, because there is no error.. :( They send me only the login log.

502 isn't a PHP error, it's web server level and without more specific details it's impossible to say.

Also I noticed you have posted credentials to your site in the open, that's not a good idea, edited them out. Unfortunately we don't have capacity for hands on troubleshooting.
