Enable cornerstone content checkbox on taxonomy pages

Please give us a description of what happened.

Feature request for cornerstone content to be permitted on taxonomy pages (categories/tags), e.g. https://[site]/category/news/

Please describe what you expected to happen and why.

A comment from Marieke indicated that this functionality is already there but it isn't. More details here.

It would be very useful to have this as many websites would consider specific taxonomy pages as being cornerstone content of their website.

How can we reproduce this behavior?

After implementation I guess one would expect to see the cornerstone checkbox available when you edit a category via https://[site]/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category

Just purchased the Premium product and super disappointed that this feature is missing. Most of my cornerstone content is in category descriptions.
