Thank you for reporting this bug. I can't reproduce the issue you are having, so it seems to be specific to some sites.
In the WordPress.org thread, you said some CSS might be missing. Could you try deleting and reinstalling the plugin to see if that resolves the issues you are having? You won't lose any of your data.
Hey,

Thanks for following up! I've assigned someone who will investigate further.
Hello, any news for this?
I've taken a second look at this and I can reproduce this issue when the admin bar has been disabled.
If you disable the toolbar menu in the general settings (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpseo_dashboard#top#features) the CSS of the adminbar (/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/css/dist/adminbar-720.min.css) is no longer loaded.
This CSS file defines the color codes for the dots on the overview page. Without CSS from the admin bar, all dots are always gray instead of colored.
The responsible CSS code (e.g. .wpseo-score-icon.ok) should be included in another CSS file.
@thomas-expliciet can you confirm that when you enable the Yoast admin bar, the issue is fixed for you?
Hello Ben,
Indeed, it works when toolbar is enabled.
However, it should also work when it’s diabled or not?

The issue also occurs when importing products in WooCommerce. The SEO score appears on the products overview page doesn't match to the edit product page.

This seems to happen when products or posts are imported. Going into each post and clicking on "Update" without making any modifications will show the correct bullet in the post list.

The above customer would like to have a way to bulk run the analysis and make the SEO/Readability scores appear on the products overview page without having to open and save each product page (+600).

I can't reproduce the original issue reported by @thomas-expliciet with Yoast SEO v9.7.
I've created a new bug report here https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/12342 for the issue where the imported products show a grey score on the all products page in WooCommerce.
The same thing happens to me when importing entries, now I have +2400 and I would not like to update them manually one by one, do you know anything about a complete code or code to fix that error?
Hi @oliveravendano
You can reset the indexable using the Yoast Test Helper plugin and can run the SEO Data Optimization within the Yoast SEO > Tools page to update the score showing on the overview screen. You can find out the steps to reset the indexable over here.
Please give us a description of what happened.
Bullets remain grey after filling in the yoast box and keyword. This however only occurs the in overview for pages or custom post types after update to 7.0.
There is no conflict with other plugins or theme's
problem discussion: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/seo-score-bullets-are-grey/
Please describe what you expected to happen and why.
Fix for grey bullet indicators back to normal colors: green, orange, red, blue
How can we reproduce this behavior?
Edit: To reproduce disable the toolbar, see https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/9240#issuecomment-382288277.
