I think we had something similar reported but weren’t able to reproduce it yet.
Doesn't this sound like #14 and/or #59?

Jumping in because I'm experiencing a somewhat related issue: my WYSIWYG fields are being picked up but internal links aren't and neither is the Yoast Internal Linking feature working ("Once you add a bit more copy, we'll give you a list of related content here to which you could link in your post.")
WordPress version: 4.9.5 ACF Content Analysis for Yoast SEO version: 2.0.1 Yoast SEO version: 7.4 (Premium) ACF type: Pro ACF version: 5.6.9
Using version 2.0.1. Yoast is only picking up the first WYSIWYG field, and subsequent fields are not being recognized.
