Detects the internal links made with Page Link field type on the SEO analysis block when editiing content.
Does NOT update the internal links counts on the posts lists in admin.

This PR can be tested by following these steps:

Add a Page Link field to a post type
Create / Edit a post : there should be no internal link in Yoast SEO analysis, and when you add content in the Page Link field it should be fine.
