Only run ReplaceVar tests when feature is available #46

34 added the replacement variables feature that is currently only available in Yoast SEO trunk, so the corresponding tests fail with the most recent Yoast SEO release.

As proposed by @moorscode in #36 the tests should be changed so that they only run conditionally.
