Seems in Gutenberg the icons used for the Sidebar panels have changed recently, see https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/8916/files#diff-a7422ab9915e1e98165452bb7623704eL54
The ones we use for the internal linking are still the old-style ones:
Worth investigating if the new icons in Gutenberg are going to stay and see what needs to be done.
