Terrorist attack note #14

The note from the dead terrorist seems to have been picked up even either in a car or about 2,5 meters away from the body. Checking for STP present and displaying this note (in the ''feed'') only after STP search or, if STP isn't installed, upon pressing a dedicated button to search the body, should ensure this doesn't happen and breaks immersion.

This is a good idea I never though of, will work on it once I update GTAV ;)
