Fix config_report slicing #52

Python slicing is non inclusive for last index. Joining devices with config_report set would break join with too few arguments.

shit, I fixed it already yesterday searching myself. I missed your pull request from two days before. Spend an hour yesterday instead of looking inside github for your fix. Thanks for your fix, but I will rejects it as already fixed.
