VML height calculator based on TD parent height

It would search for a VML tag in HTML then look at parent TD to determine the outerHeight() and then show the height for the VML which should be babysat, like: https://www.w3schools.com/jquery/tryit.asp?filename=tryjquery_dim_width_height

Pixels (px) should Points (pt): http://www.endmemo.com/sconvert/pixelpoint.php It has to use the native dimension cant be a retina size
