Add option for wrapper parent border Border option for: C6 - Image Right/Left Module

Add as a toggle? default off with the option to add it as required: (this style is used a lot in Apple Campaigns) 12

So this can become this: 13 14

I've added this function in. Quite helpful actually as I can use it to show you multi-component drop-downs.
