Edit member duplicate

When editing a existing member name it is possible to edit the name to be the same as another existing member causing duplicate members.

We accept that this is an issue, but believe that this warrants a low severity instead of high.

Low severity means that A flaw that is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product. Appears only in very rare situations and causes a minor inconvenience only.

Justification for rare situations: The feature is intended for renaming a member, i.e. we already know that the user exists, just that we want to update their name to something more suitable, as opposed if I were adding a new member and I wasn't sure if I had already added that member which would thus create more problems as a result of lack of feedback.

Minor inconvenience: Users can continue using the product (by editing the member to different names again afterwards) and does not make the product unusable for users following this bug.
