some light documentation on how to deploy? #94

Seem to have issues trying to get this running on my dev server via IIS.

Would be good if the README.md contained some pointers/help on how to do this.

Hello @ardz - We are working on some light documentation, but I was curious about what the specific issues you're having when deploying to your dev server on IIS. Could you provide some details?

@ardz Have you tried to deploy the latest develop branch? If it doesn't work for you, I can help with that.

I'll get back to you both - I'm still keen to try Totem out.
