Add retain/qos to mqtt pub #14

Hi, Can you adapt the publish function to add the retain parameters a/o qos ?

I have to allways reboot the ESP (work well thru MQTT !!) to get all topics back in my MQTT Explorer ^^

Hi, Same issue here, after an update on Home Assistant I have to reboot the ESP to get the connection alive again. Otherwise the MQTT interface is really stable. Regards, Arno
