Community Talk seems to not be working. #4

When I go to the site and pull up different cities, the community talk section seems to not be populating. This might be due to time restraints..dunno until looking into further.

If it is time constraints, then we should display something there like "no relevant chatter found" or reformat the screen to not display it if its not there. Not sure which is best.

Haha! Looks like it was because (in regular twitter fashion) they killed that api version.

Even more annoying.. looks like it requires us to go through authentication for it to work.
