A helper wants to send a notification/email/... to a specific group of users

Simple easy win: just gives you all email addresses of a certain group (helpers, registered, ....) and you have to paste into your own email client More sophisticated would be with editor, scheduled mails, .... (create new Issues for distinct tasks)
