Update neutrinet agenda #131

fixes #123

Neutrinet is now using a NextCloud agenda. I propose this simple fetcher which parse the events from the public .ics provided by Nextcloud.

Is the hackeragenda.be running the changes ? Because I'm not seeing the neutrinet events on the website :confused:
