Adds a device tree for the Beagle Bone Green and updates the install instructions to include coping the additional file to /boot. Source for the new tree attached - but basically just adds PRU enable to the standard BBG tree.

No effect on BeagleBone Black, the extra copied file is not loaded.

I think a non-controversial change,

Thanks for these updates. I haven't yet played with the BBG, but it looks pretty cool. This will make things easier.
