Gonna break with the format here since this isn't quite a bug report but is, in my opinion, pretty urgent.
Our ability to mitigate griefing on the server has several fundamental holes.
We have no current means of banning a player who isn't online. All a griefer has to do is damage the Dome quickly and log out, and we can't prevent them from returning. On Baystation, for whatever reason the Unban Panel had a method of searching for offline players and applying a manual ban. It wasn't a great design but it's sorely missed. You can ban an offline player via the Player Panel.
On other servers, admin/mods have a sort of "watch alert" they can set on ckeys, that will ping all staff on the server when a targetted player logs in.
I haven't used Europa's in a long time, but I don't believe the "Fix Atmospheric Grief" verb works. Unless you fixed it, in which case disregard this. It does work.
I encourage other admin and mods to post any tool requests/needs here!
