Added a bunch of weapon manufacturers and models for a bit of tasty gun flavour.
Added a naval combat hardsuit.
Tweaked the commando antag role to be more usable.
Added gun cleaning kits. Maintaining your gun will get a small damage bonus.

Going ahead and merging this if it still passes Travis, all it needs are icons and strings so w h a t e v e r.
