[WIP] Station Theta #792

Theta is one of the older stations on Europa, poorly designed, poorly administrated, it remains home to countless long term scientists and engineers working on Europa. Sitting on a shelf to a seemingly bottomless abyss, it has ideal positioning to do some deep science. As long as the ghost doesn't sabotage anything.

... Yes there's a ghost. No we don't know how to get rid of it.
