JSON -> JSON3? #6

Since the https://github.com/quinnj/JSON3.jl/issues/192 is resolved, I can use JSON3 instead? but better to implement JSON3 to XLSXasJSON first.

I am closing this for there isn't much to be gained from the transition, as this package not performance sensitive
