Sorry for replying late. I have tried the toolkit by myself.
Based on your selection, you need to input the directory where you put the wra*.nii files.
See an example as follow:
You will get:
And also a result nii file under: …\S11_Rest\

I'm getting the error below, but there is not a thresh field in the TSNR utility. It looks different in my download from the example on the website. I just downloaded the zipped file yesterday.
