Describe the bug

Unable to update importance of my file after adding it.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. add a file add n/test3 t/SORTING`
  2. try to update its importance

Expected

A user would like to update the importance of the file or topic as time changes

Actual

Unable to update, only way that works currently is to remove the file and add again.

Team's Response

Our current version of CLIAlgo does not support this functionality yet. We accept this is could be a useful feature to include. The work around this issue would be to remove and add the file again.
