어떤 기능인가요?

커맨드 라인 파싱 및 인자 전달 기능 구현하기

작업 상세 내용

[x] command line을 parsing해서 스레드의 이름을 식별한다.
[x] 해당 파일 이름을 갖는 프로그램을 찾는다.
[x] user stack에 인자를 push한다.
[x] 디버깅 시 stdio.h에 hex_dump() 이용한다.
