Add Chinese simplified translation #30

Add Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) translation, translated from English. I might also add a Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) translation later.

Thanks for this, would of course always be welcome if we can get more translations 😃 I rebuilt and repackaged the 1.0.0 binaries so that people don't have to wait for a new Beam release to be able to use it.

While I cannot guarantee it 100%, the upcoming 1.1 version has its new translation strings finished already and no new ones should be added, so maybe you could also translate the new strings there already?

v1.1 zh-CN translation: zh-CN.ini.txt (First time I've learnt that github doesn't support attaching .ini files :D
