procedure

• Measure both the force-TF H and displacement-TF Hd
• Model (Fit) the TFs
• Shape the filter for feed-forwarding based on Hd/H with appropriate high/low-pass filters

1st trial

• with the following filter:
  • the following was obtained. Except for the 0.148Hz, the level was decreased, however, this filter degraded the IP-L, BF-L, TM-L at the frequency:
  • In the model, the Q-factor at the 0.145Hz is not appropriate.

2nd trial

  • Q(f=0.149Hz) = 30
