generally

check if all the resonant modes which disturbs the lock-acquisition are damped with 1/e-decay-time<1 min.
- For the modes < ~20Hz
- For the TM modes.
- For the recoil-chain modes, would it be better to set another requirement?

with simulation

[ ] tune the vertical models which suits the actual ones.
[ ] check if the currently implemented ones are enough to damp the main-chain modes

with measurement

[ ] Measure the decay time constants of the modes

Tip: plotting decay-time vs. resonant frequencies

use: getqt_damp(sysc0,sysc);

I modified the acript a bit so that the script draws the requirement of 1min. properly, as follows
