check if the IP coil driver is working.
It is working though, the 1st and 2nd peak of IPL have shifted: 1st: from ~100 mHz to ~150 mHz 2nd: ~220 mHz to 300 mHz
-> payload seems to be locked to the frame. see /users/VIS/TypeA/ITMX/TF/test/180913/TF_IPL_exc.xml
