Add User Roles to WhoIs #258

Description: Add user roles to the WhoIs embed. There should also be a button to bring up the user's level embed.

Use Case: To see what roles a user has directly via the WhoIs embed.

Impact on Project: Low Impact

Priority: Minor

Milestone: 5.3.0
