Description:
A more detailed appeals system. For timeouts, have a button on the timeout DM that created an appeal ticket rather than needing the command to be ran by the person who is appealing. For bans the DM should include an invite to a ban appeals server. Upon joining the server it will create a ticket on the main server which can be replied to via the bots DMs. There would be no channels in the ban appeal server that can be talked in by the appealing user.
Use Case:
This would greatly simplify the appeals process, and especially for ban appeals allow more of a dialogue between the banned user and those reviewing the appeal.
Proposed Solution:
Part of the solution should be reviewing the level of the staff member who banned the user and going one level up where possible. I.e. sending appeals for bans by a moderator to the Lead Moderator.
