Probs shouldn't be able to see other users income levels. Unless you wanted that?

This is actually intentional but I'm not stuck on the idea. The view nation page is supposed to be like a CIA Factbook style page and income isn't really a mystery but it's cool to have right there for everyone to see. Honestly, I copied Project Terra on this.
