I don't like the way that buildings work and how they affect properties. I wanna rework them but this is gonna take some experimenting. I'd like to move them to a class-based system rather than a database driven system. This allows the properties to be more flexible but hurts the ability to easily expand later.
Also, expand the buildings to have some hard-coded properties like power consumption and pollution.
