Converter to clock time should go off the time the message was generated, if possible, rather than .now() #43

Also, if the clock time is on another date, maybe show that date too.

If no timezone set, yell at user instead of defaulting to UTC

I've decided not to force actual message creation time. If you forward an old message you deserve what you get.
