instead of looking up zipcode based on lat-lon, will need to look up lat-lon based on zipcode

already have zipcode to lat-lng.

need to find/write a library that returns the same times chabad.org does

Use something like this: https://github.com/architest/pymeeus https://github.com/pinnymz/python-zmanim

And maybe move away from dealing in zipcodes entirely.
