Added an option to choose the erase block size. #247

This allows us to flash binaries at offsets that are smaller multiples.

We should still consider this functionality as a stepping stone to a intelligent erase function that chooses the correct sizes of blocks to erase only the section of the flash that is necessary while using the biggest block size possible.
