Allow user to override sed by SED variable #277

Alternative way to handle sed problem. See pr #274. With this pr, you can:

make SED=/path/to/homebrew/gnu-sed

BSD sed is ok to use, addressed in https://github.com/YosysHQ/icestorm/commit/9fe28369aaf1f98090b9ecfded6ef22599cc09d0
