New to using oss-cad, trying to install it on Windows 10. Add environment.bat to start.bat to my PATH, trying to start environment when I navigate to the directory I receive the following error: ` 'gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Trying to execute applications such as GTK Wave I get a couple errors of missing .dll files.
