We probably should set something like TCL_LIBRARY=/<install-prefix>/lib/tcl8.6/ in our wrapper scripts (but maybe only if TCL_LIBRARY isn't already set in the environment), so that Yosys TCL scripts will not use /usr/share/tcltk/... as their TCL library path.
