Please document where GHDL support in the readme #51

Right now GHDL isn't included in darwin-arm64, for example, but the only way to know this is to either download a release and find it missing, or to look though the issues.

So perhaps where it says:

GHDL VHDL 2008/93/87 simulator

It could instead say:

GHDL VHDL 2008/93/87 simulator (x86 platforms only)

Or whatever the actual platform support is

Change is incorrect because darwin-x64 includes GHDL as well.

I am not trying to be "that guy" but this kind of inattention to detail, and lack of documentation is worrying for what amounts to the defacto combined distribution of these tools, and the public face of a not inexpensive commercial offering
