CVC is a compiled verilog simulator, which I have used for a number of years. It's very fast, and also performs annotated gate-level simulations.
There is a mirror repository at https://github.com/cambridgehackers/open-src-cvc which should be used in preference to the original code, as it fixes some compile problems with the latest gcc.
Everything else I need is in OSS-CAD-SUITE, now that you have included OpenSTA! Keep up the good work!
