openFPGALoader is broken #82

As found in openFPGALoader Github issue, v0.11.0 from Arch repo/Github Releases works perfectly, but same version from oss-cad suite does not. Same also happens on Windows.

Bug was on the openFPGALoader side on master, that's why it did not worked also on oss-cad-suite. Should be fixed in next version I hope so.
